Job Summary

The Director of Field Marketing will be instrumental in driving sales activity between the FRC and our vendor portfolio. This role will lead the efforts with a strong emphasis on co-selling and co-marketing motions. With a deep understanding of company ecosystems, this role will help design, launch, and drive various enablement and strategic go-to-market plays, working cross-functionally and collaboratively both internally and externally.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Vendor Portfolio Marketing
    • Partner closely with OEMs and alliance partners to execute joint campaigns
    • Translate partner solutions into compelling, sales ready marketing programs
    • Manage MDF/co-op funds and ensure ROI focused utilization
    • Coordinate partner massaging across campaigns and sales motions
  • Sales Enablement Support
    • Create sales ready marketing assets including but not limited to one pagers, solution briefs, case studies, email templates, and event kits
    • Align messaging to buyer personas in federal, state, and enterprise markets
    • Support sales pursuits with customized marketing support
  • Events and Experiences
    • Own the planning and execution of field events, partner events, and executive briefings
    • Coordinate logistics, messaging, follow-up, and post event reporting
    • Ensure events are tied to pipeline and account strategy
  • Process, Tools, and Scale
    • Build repeatable field marketing playbooks
    • Maintain campaign calendars and reporting dashboards
    • Partner with digital, content, and partner teams for integrated execution
    • Continuously improve based on performance data
  • Other projects as needed


Qualifications

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • In depth organizational and project management skills
  • Experience developing and creating corporate marketing strategies
  • CRM, marketing automation, and event platform management

Required Education and Experience

  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, and/or demand generation
  • Experience in relationship management
  • Experience in working cross functionally with sales teams
  • Prior partner or channel marketing
  • Experience in technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, education, or public sector markets

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
  • Up to 50% Travel Required
