The Sr. Director/ Director of Clinical Marketing role will focus on the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives and Key Opinion Leader program management. In addition, responsibilities include discovering, building and refining clinical messaging and education strategies integral to the commercial success of the TriSalus business. The role envisions and ensures the execution of clinical marketing strategic plans and programs to support the short- and mid-term growth of the company, in close cross-functional collaboration with other departments such as Sales, R&D and Clinical. The goal is to achieve synergy with other sales and marketing activities in order to generate a maximum impact on TriSalus product launches and campaigns, driving both customer satisfaction, product sales and brand reputation. This is a remote position that reports to the Chief Commercial Officer. Duties and Responsibilities: - Create educational initiatives to expand knowledge of clinical information with customers and internal stakeholders including development of content such as clinical summaries, promotional materials, and training presentations.
- Create and deliver both scientific and clinical product-related presentations, seminars and educational programs ( ie: content/presentations, curricula, program outlines).
- Assist in evaluating field sales clinical training needs. Based on needs assessment, create and deliver clinical training development plans complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides to improve clinical knowledge, skills
- Expand our KOL program and help identify new KOL influencers who provide meaningful expertise,
build relationships that can be leveraged in a variety of ways to support new and existing initiatives. - Oversee our KOL program, including speaker development and execution of speaker programs such as webinars, dinner programs etc.
- Lead development of all materials, including booths and displays, for major trade shows and medical meetings
- Plan, Coordinate, and assist in trade show symposia, and training & hands-on workshop activities for conferences. This also includes any virtual, regional, and remote programs, which include presentations and event creation/coordination with Key Opinion Leaders.
- Maintains calendar of approved national peer to peer programs. Help to manage registration process and education event communications, program logistics and post-program close-out for assigned events.
- Monitor and review clinical literature for relevant information and create tools to share most relevant updates with sales and engineering teams. In partnership with medical, R&D and clinical teams, support customer clinical questions and disseminate knowledge base through creative channels.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of current and classic concepts in Interventional Radiology, the product line, and clinical procedures supported by TriSalus products, and be able to articulate and demonstrate these concepts and procedures to sales team and healthcare professionals
- Works with accredited vendor to executes continuing education for physicians, fellows, and other customers through customized education programs in the field and at national programs.
- Engages field organization through field travel to understand the current selling, competitive, clinical and healthcare environment and physician practices to assist with making necessary changes to the clinical curriculum to ensure customers are adequately educated.
- Provide clinical and customer input to internal teams as it relates to the use of TriSalus products and positioning.

- Excellent computer and software skills (experience with Microsoft Office or Adobe Creative Cloud required) in graphics, word-processing, databases, authoring programs, etc., to develop presentation materials.
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry and complying with strict regulations, policies and procedures.
- Ability to travel approximately 30-40%
