As the Director of Consumer Marketing, you’ll be a key leader in driving brand awareness, growth, and engagement across our premium retail and foodservice channels. You’ll oversee strategy development, new product launches, and creative marketing initiatives that tell our story and strengthen our position in the marketplace.
• Play a pivotal role in evolving Bell & Evans’ overall sales and marketing strategy
• Lead and execute marketing plans that connect brand purpose to measurable sales growth
• Oversee product launches from concept through go-to-market execution, collaborating across design, digital, sales, and operations teams
• Partner with Sales to develop effective launch tools, sampling plans, and merchandising support
• Create and implement consumer promotions and loyalty programs that deepen customer connection
• Identify and develop marketing and merchandising tools that drive engagement and education
• Manage packaging development and approvals for new business initiatives
• Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies to improve performance and ROI
• Generate actionable insights by understanding consumer and shopper behavior
• Lead and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and results
• Partner with agencies and internal teams to create content that reflects our brand voice and values
• Manage trademarks, budgets, and high-visibility projects with precision and care
You’re a strategic, creative, and data-driven marketer who knows how to balance big-picture thinking with flawless execution. You’re excited to roll up your sleeves and bring ideas to life in an entrepreneurial environment where your work truly makes an impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 10–15 years of progressive marketing management experience (CPG preferred), including 8+ years of people leadership
• Proven ability to drive brand growth in both retail grocery and foodservice channels
• Strong business and financial acumen with a track record of achieving measurable results
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
• Strategic mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Experience managing complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Developed design eye and attention to detail
• Passion for food and for telling great brand stories that inspire
• Availability to travel up to 15–20%
