Fidelity Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Digital Banking Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting digital banking services, including card issuance, processing and maintaining ATM and online banking services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. The position involves coordinating with internal departments, assisting business clients with treasury services, and adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and the ability to learn and apply banking policies and procedures.
