Digital Media Specialist
Salary: $50,000/year
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Lancaster, PA (with local travel to job sites using company vehicle)

Develop high-quality digital content (graphics, videos, blogs, infographics, email campaigns, etc.) that aligns with the company’s brand identity.
Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all media.
Create and manage content calendars for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal trends.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Service, HR) to highlight customer success stories, employee culture, and product/service offerings.
Manage all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a professional, brand-aligned manner.
Engage with community groups, forums, and online discussions to build trust and visibility.
Track social engagement metrics and optimize strategies for increased reach, impressions, and interaction.
Create and optimize website/blog content for SEO (keyword research, metadata, backlinking strategies).
Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console) and report on traffic trends, conversion rates, and keyword rankings.
Collaborate with web developers/vendors to maintain site health, page speed, and mobile optimization.
Implement strategies to grow organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Monitor inbound leads from digital platforms (social, web chat, contact forms, etc.).
Qualify basic inquiries and ensure proper categorization in CRM (e.g., ServiceTitan, HubSpot).
Provide structured handoff of qualified leads to the Escalation Team or Sales team.
Track conversion rates from digital engagement → qualified lead → sales opportunity.
Support paid advertising campaigns with creative input, targeting insights, and performance reporting.
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.
Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and engagement.
Recommend new digital strategies, tools, and platforms to expand reach and improve conversion.
Monitor and respond to online reviews (Google, Yelp, Facebook, BBB) in coordination with leadership.
Develop strategies to encourage positive customer reviews and manage reputation proactively.
Identify potential PR issues online and escalate them to the appropriate team.
Maintain and organize digital asset libraries (photos, videos, templates, branding materials).
Document best practices, posting guidelines, and content workflows for consistency.
Assist with internal communications and employee engagement campaigns as needed.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on digital KPIs, SEO, and social media performance.
