Digital Media Producer/Engagement Specialist

In this role as a Digital Media Producer/Engagement Specialist, you will support the Northwest Pennsylvania region through the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across web, mobile, social media, search, and video platforms. The Digital Media Producer/Engagement Specialist is responsible for creating and editing engaging content that strengthens workforce development in Northwest Pennsylvania, supports audience engagement, and adapts outreach strategies.

Essential Functions

  • Work with Job Connect staff to increase outreach through digital platforms
  • Prepare marketing material for virtual services using creative and innovative approaches
  • Update various social media platforms on a daily basis
  • Create successful relationships with internal and external partners and organizations to gather content for social media and video projects
  • Manage text messaging campaigns by coordinating with vendors, creating content, sending messages, and referring engaged participants to appropriate Job Connect staff and partners
  • Collaborate with management and development teams to prioritize needs, resolve issues, develop content criteria, and identify effective solutions

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate degree or some college preferred
  • Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Photoshop experience
  • Proficient in digital video and photo editing software
  • Videography experience
  • Experience in updating and enhancing social media platforms
  • Excellent project management, written and verbal communication, and technology skills
  • Demonstrated telephone, computer, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Required travel statewide
  • Able to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment
  • Clean driving record, valid Driver’s License, and reliable vehicle required
