Job Title: Digital Media Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ad Creation:
    • Develop, design, and execute compelling digital advertisements tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
    • Create visually appealing and engaging ad content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
  2. Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to meet business objectives.
    • Conduct audience research to define target segments and craft personalized ad strategies.
  3. Budget Oversight:
    • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across multiple platforms.
    • Monitor campaign spending to ensure adherence to budget guidelines while maximizing ROI.
  4. Performance Analysis:
    • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
    • Generate insights and actionable recommendations based on data to improve future campaigns.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality ad content.
  6. Trend Monitoring:
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media advertising.
    • Experiment with new formats and techniques to maintain competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in creating and managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency with ad management tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or HubSpot.
  • Excellent creative skills with a keen eye for design and copy.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
