Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute a wide range of digital marketing initiatives. This role combines email marketing, social media management, and paid digital advertising (Meta, Google, etc.) to generate leads, drive brand awareness, and increase customer engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Β Email Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize drip campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.
- Segment audiences for personalized and behavior-triggered campaigns.
- Maintain and clean the email database to improve deliverability and engagement.
- Monitor key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and run A/B tests to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Β Social Media Management
- Create and manage content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop and post engaging content (copy, images, videos) to grow and engage followers.
- Manage community engagement: respond to comments, messages, and monitor brand mentions.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions).
- Stay up-to-date with trends, features, and platform updates.
Β Digital Advertising (Meta, Google & Others)
- Develop and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Monitor ad performance, manage budgets, and optimize for ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Conduct keyword research, create ad copy and visuals, and manage targeting strategies.
- Track conversions via pixels, UTM links, or CRM integration.
Β Strategy, Reporting & Collaboration
- Align marketing initiatives with sales and company goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign data and analytics.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers as needed for campaigns.
- Support lead generation, nurturing, and retention efforts across the funnel.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including email campaigns, social media, and paid digital ads.
- Proficiency in tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other digital ad platforms.
- Solid understanding of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and performance analytics.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic graphic design or Canva skills (bonus).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in both B2B and B2C marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced marketing environment.
