The Opportunity

Under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Retention Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the execution of QVC & HSN triggered email campaigns that utilize best practices to drive continuous improvement of the program. Every day we launch thousands of new products for sale, and our triggered emails use customer preferences, behavioral data, and machine learning to present subscribers with a uniquely personalized marketing experience throughout the day.

The Specialist will execute with excellence by improving the customer experience, engage members with meaningful content, drive operational excellence and use analysis to identify key insights/opportunities that will have a positive impact on the customer and the business. This position is hybrid and in office ~6 times a month.

Your Impact

  • Acts as the project manager of the development, strategy and technical processes of trigger campaigns while driving campaign delivery.
  • Review email campaign results as provided by Bluecore, Adobe and Tableau.
  • Utilize learnings in daily decision making for campaigns and to obtain high level understanding across the different trigger campaigns.
  • Manage set-up, publishing and troubleshooting of the triggered email program that leverages customer behavioral and product data feeds.
  • Tactical execution, including A/B and multivariate testing associated with Test & Learn team, of high-level strategies identified to grow and optimize the trigger email program.
  • Analyze daily historical and comparative data through Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and other retention marketing reports to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Reporting out key data points will ensure the achievement of major KPIs and the continuous enhancement of the email teams key metrics.
  • Collaborate with both external and internal partners to regularly review campaigns on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring that all campaigns perform at the highest level. If campaigns are not meeting our team KPI's, work swiftly to implement impactful optimizations through different ways of testing, timing and audience improvements to help ensure emails are reaching the customer in an impactful way.

What You Bring

  • Education: BA in marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent experience required
  • Experience: 2-4 years professional experience, within digital or email marketing, or e-commerce
