Principal Mission:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing and reporting on digital marketing campaigns through digital platforms, company website and Online/Mobile Banking. The position is responsible for maintaining the PFFCU brand online and supporting the marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- College degree required; Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school
- 5-7 years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house corporate agency
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in working with digital, social, web platforms
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics and experience using Google Tag Manager and GMB
- Experience setting up and optimizing Google Ad campaigns
- Experience leading and managing SEO, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines
- Experience working in WordPress
- Ability to work within team and with other departments in a constructive manner that supports PFFCU’s values of member service, teamwork, commitment, and performance.
- Ability to learn the products and services offered by PFFCU, as well as our competitive advantage relative to banks and how this benefits our members.
- Ability to execute on projects assigned by management
Major Responsibilities:
- Work with the product advertising team, digital designers and marketing analytics manager to plan, execute and manage digital marketing for PFFCU. Including SEO, SEM, social media, Online/Mobile Banking enhancements.
- Monitor trends and implement best practices into digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor digital advertising budgets and monthly spend
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
- Create custom reports in Google Analytics and implement findings into PFFCU website
- Ensure compliance of digital marketing campaigns
- Manage Online/Mobile Banking enhancement requests and projects for lines of business throughout credit union
