Digital Franchise Manager 

Job Description: 

The Digital Franchise Manager will report to the Client’s Digital Center of Excellence , and partner with brand teams to formulate, recommend, and implement innovative and effective digital strategies and solutions. This individual will help establish, reinforce, and advocate customer-centric best practices in customer experience management, digital creative and content development, customer insights, integrated communications planning, development, deployment, measurement, and other key digital marketing activities. 

The ideal candidate is a passionate digital change agent who seeks to join a team of industry-recognized peers who live to create beyond-exceptional customer experiences that will transform the face of how healthcare is delivered. 

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Partner with brand teams and franchise Leadership Team to optimize go-to-market approaches through effective use of digital, including both traditional digital marketing and shaping new digitally-enabled products and services 

• Address brand and customer needs through compelling digital strategies and solutions, including rationale, recommended approach, and tactical execution requirements. 

• Be accountable for performance of franchise digital programs, including definition and measurement of metrics to evaluate success, in partnership with the brand team and Business Analytics. Direct experience with web measurement/analytics a plus. 

• Guide brand marketers in evaluating/selecting digital marketing activities and budget for brands within the franchise, and in identifying approaches for execution that best align with brand and franchise objectives. 

• Maintain digital subject matter expertise rooted in best practices while demonstrating new, innovative thinking. 

Advise brand teams and the franchise Leadership Team on evolving customer landscape and the role of digital in consumer, professional, and payer promotion. 

• Manage, train, and develop Brand Digital Marketers within franchise through dotted-line accountability. 

Qualifications 

• A minimum of 10 years total business experience with 5 years’ experience working in digital marketing. 

• Strong understanding of integrated marketing and the role digital plays in the marketing mix required. 

• Exceptional customer insight skills and the ability to translate those insights into business ideas is required. 

• A passion for understanding the customer mindset and staying abreast of the latest media and technology trends. 

• Entrepreneurial, out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a strong work ethic. 

• Exceptional writing, verbal, communication/presentation, and influence skills are required. 

• Strong management skills with proven ability to drive projects to successful completion - on time and within budget are required. Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, be decisive under ambiguity, and meet compressed timelines. 

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead initiatives, establish strong working relationships, as well as partnering interdependently as required.
