Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Lead will serve as a key member of the Marketing team with a focus on digital marketing strategy, analytics and reporting, program management, search engine optimization (SEO), and website support/testing. This role will work collaboratively with all AAA Central Penn departments, ensuring digital campaigns are producing positive results and course correcting as required.

This position is an in office position located at our Harrisburg office located at 2301 Paxton Church Rd.

Essential Functions:


  • Research, create, and lead the end-to-end work product to execute on digital and social strategies.
  • Create and execute promoted social media posts and campaigns, leading campaigns/projects from start to finish, while collaborating with internal partners.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of digital marketing activities; identify and implement recommendations based on campaign performance and best practice.
  • Under direction from Marketing leadership, partner with business units, AAA Clubs, etc. to establish, execute, maintain, and optimize content to understand its integration with SEO, paid search, socials, email, web, video, content marketing tactics, etc.
  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with outside partner agencies to advance the interests of AAA Central Penn.
  • Perform market research, consulting with other marketing professionals, and monitor data that shows changing trends in advertising consumption, ensuring company digital strategy is in line.
  • Develop and support all aspects of search engine optimization (SEO) to align with business objectives and drive company growth and success.
  • Prepare monthly campaign reports and provide data-based recommendations for change/enhancements.
  • Remain up to date with SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure company sites are optimized and remain competitive.
  • Analyze competitor websites and online marketing initiatives; make recommendations based on findings as well as best practice.
  • Monitor GA4 performance and create dashboards and reports to support business initiatives.
  • Perform keyword research, optimizing content for keywords related to products and services offered.
  • Provide support for simple website changes, landing pages, etc.; analyze and correct technical issues discovered.
  • Other duties as assigned and/or required.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information systems, statistics, business, or a related major and 18 months’ experience performing similar duties; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with GA4 and Adobe Analytics
  • Knowledge of SEO, web content development, and social analytics.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads and analytics and other marketing analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with social media ad management with advanced knowledge of Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc. and best practices for use.
  • Proficient with content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with prior experience making data-based recommendations. 
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently, as required. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management and external partners.
