Status: Part-Time, Non-exempt
Salary Range: $22-$25 per hour
Licensing Requirement: License Optional
Licensing Incentive: $1.50 per hour raise with P&C or L&H license
Position Summary
The Part-Time Digital Marketing Coordinator position supports the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives. This role assists with content creation, social media management, and email campaigns to help drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Media Support
- Create and edit short-form video content (reels, shorts, clips) for social media and educational use.
- Design presentations, visual assets, and educational materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Support the organization and management of video content across platforms such as YouTube, including appropriate tagging and visibility settings.
- Collaborate on content that supports Medicare, Property & Casualty, and Business Development initiatives.
Marketing Execution & Campaign Support
- Support execution of marketing strategies and campaigns as outlined by HTA leadership.
- Assist with social media posting and engagement to drive interest and awareness.
- Support email campaigns designed to educate, nurture, or re-engage audiences.
- Maintain consistency with HTA brand standards and messaging.
Website & Digital Content Updates
- Assist with routine website content updates to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current offerings.
- Support creation of new educational or product-related webpages when needed.
- Coordinate content updates with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support Business Development and Strategic Relations with marketing-related projects and initiatives.
- Provide marketing and content insight grounded in referral partner and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content reflects real-world needs and opportunities.
Time Management Expectations
- Typical work week: 20 hours
- Pace: Medium
- Requires strong self-motivation, organization, and discipline to maintain call volume.
Hybrid Work Expectations
Hybrid role requiring at least one in-office day per week.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience.)
- 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
