Title: Digital Marketing Associate

Summary:
The Digital Marketing Associate oversees building, executing, and reporting on outbound email communications for The Philadelphia Orchestra. Working closely with the various departments across the organization, the Digital Marketing Associate will ensure all email marketing initiatives are scheduled and deployed. Together with the Director of E-Marketing Optimization and Innovation, this position will adhere to email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM compliance. The Digital Marketing Associate will also explore new concepts and strategies to best leverage email marketing to achieve a variety of goals ranging from ticket sales to fundraising and brand-building. The role will work to influence behaviors through email marketing while reporting on key performance data to review and determine effectiveness. This role will focus solely on The Philadelphia Orchestra portfolio of performances and initiatives and is expected to uphold The Philadelphia Orchestra and Kimmel Center, Inc. brand’s mission, values, and vision. This role will also cross-train on Kimmel Cultural Campus email communications.
