The Opportunity

We're searching for an enthusiastic Digital Content Designer to join our dynamic team and help bring our brand to life every day across every digital touchpoint. You'll build brand-right, customer-focused creative across digital platforms and devices, and aligning assets to seasonal & event strategies (of which you'll have a say in developing, too!).   • Reporting to the Sr. Digital Content Designer, you'll partner with fellow digital content designers; art directors; brand and content leaders; and several platform leads to align brand-right digital assets with business strategies, balancing seamless creative with our goals.

Your Impact

  • Build brand-right, customer-focused assets across multiple digital platforms, including web, apps, email marketing, and social
  • Autonomously manage assigned work requests through workflow tools, maintaining a working knowledge of request tools and systems
  • Adhere design to module standards and brand guidelines with technical expertise of the digital platforms you support
  • Have astute understanding of ADA-compliance that will be reflected across platforms and marketing channels
  • Translate business strategies into creative solutions, which could include designing wireframes or mockups
  • Partner and maintain close working relationships with supporting teams within the production process, including eCommerce, Copy & Dev
  • Develop creative toolkits, as assigned, that are aligned to seasonal and event creative strategies
  • Use Adobe Creative Cloud and additional AI tools to guide efficiency & optimization
  • Prepare design files for development; understand and use appropriate naming conventions for work

What You Bring

  • Degree in graphic design, UI design, electronic media design, or similar field or equivalent amount of related experience
  • Minimum 3 years related experience designing for mobile or web applications; retail/eCommerce experience a huge plus
  • Expert status in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop & Adobe XD; competent status in InDesign, Illustrator
  • Experience in responsive design principles
  • Understanding of CSS, HTML, AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Scene 7, and other latest platforms as the business evolves
  • Experience with brand standards and product processes, graphic design, color, composition, typography & layout; able to prepare design files for production & development
