Summary


The Demand and Growth Marketing Manager will lead digital marketing programs designed to grow awareness, interest, and adoption of donor-advised funds (DAFs). This role sits within the Marketing team and is responsible for building integrated digital journeys that convert prospective and current donors, partners and advisors, into engaged donors.
 
 Working cross-functionally with sales and service, research and analytics, technology partners and the marketing team, this role will optimize how audiences discover, engage with, and convert through the organization’s digital channels—including web experiences, forms, campaigns, and donor support touchpoints. This role will also be responsible for determining the marketing lead scoring and attribution modeling to demonstrate touch to revenue. 
 
 The ideal candidate combines digital marketing expertise, data-driven optimization, and donor journey thinking to generate measurable growth in donor engagement and contributions.


Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that generate interest and adoption of donor-advised funds. This includes developing programs using web, media, marketing automation and other forms within the marketing mix. 

Digital Journey & Conversion Optimization

  • Design and optimize digital donor journeys across web, landing pages, and online forms.
     - Identify friction points in the donor funnel and recommend improvements that would drive engagement and conversion.

Donor Services Enablement

  • Partner with client services team to improve lead follow-up and donor conversion.
     - Develop nurture journeys that guide prospective donors from interest to account opening, funding and contributing.

Performance Measurement & Attribution

  • Track and analyze marketing performance across key funnel metrics including lead generation, donor acquisition, and engagement.
     - Implement attribution models and reporting that connect marketing activity to donor growth and contributions.


Qualifications:

- 5-7+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing.
 - Experience designing digital acquisition and engagement journeys across web and marketing channels.
 - Experience optimizing forms, landing pages, and digital conversion paths.
 - Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. Salesforce suite experience strongly preferred. 
 - Strong analytical skills and experience measuring campaign performance and marketing attribution.
 - Experience in financial services, wealth management, fintech, or nonprofit/philanthropy organizations preferred.
