Aloaye Home Care Agency is seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time or Full-Time Marketing Representative to join our team and help expand our market presence. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare field, ideally in home care or related services.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial, and strategic thinker with strong initiative.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional time-management skills.
  • Experience working with Area Agency on Aging, hospitals, and long-term care facilities preferred.
  • Knowledge of Maximus, PCA, and Pennsylvania County Assistance Offices is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid/Medicare guidelines and Long-Term Care is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Comfortable building relationships with healthcare professionals and meeting clients in various settings (homes, hospitals, nursing facilities, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Call on and develop relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, home health and hospice agencies, assisted living communities, adult day care centers, senior community centers, and other community-based organizations.
  • Promote Aloaye Home Care services and strengthen existing referral sources to drive client referrals from professional networks.
  • Coordinate post-discharge home care with hospital and skilled nursing facility discharge planners, social workers, and physicians.
  • Plan and lead in-service programs at healthcare and senior care organizations to advance company goals.
  • Handle inbound phone calls, follow up on form submissions and old leads, and make outbound phone calls to prospective caregivers and clients.
  • Participate in and develop community marketing opportunities to promote agency services.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
  • Coordinate initial intake visits with consumers in person and/or virtually, create assessments and plans of care for new clients, and assist case management with client schedules. Knowledge of MSCO, use of EVV, and HHAeXchange required.
  • Assist in resolving consumer issues, maintain accurate documentation, and solicit private insurance as needed.
