We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Assistant to support the execution of internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing written materials, coordinating communication activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various mediums. Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and proofreading emails, reports, memos, and newsletters

  • Support the coordination and implementation of communication campaigns

  • Maintain internal documentation and update communication materials as needed

  • Assist in organizing meetings, presentations, and corporate communications events

  • Ensure message consistency across departments and projects

  • Conduct basic research and compile information to support communication initiatives

  • Manage administrative communication tasks as assigned by the Communications Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field

  • 1+ year of experience in a communications or administrative support role preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
