Are you a detail-oriented, collaborative marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of customer service, project management, and brand integrity? We’re looking for a Commercial Programs Specialist to lead our Co-Op marketing program—an essential initiative that connects customers and internal teams to drive meaningful, measurable marketing impact.


This is more than just a coordination role. You’ll be a trusted advisor and program lead, helping to shape the customer experience, optimize Co-Op processes, and ensure every marketing effort reflects the strength and standards of our brand.

What You’ll Do

Program Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Co-Op program, from email correspondence and ad pre-approvals to documentation review and KPI reporting
  • Develop clear program guidelines, timelines, and documentation to ensure consistency and transparency
  • Proactively recommend improvements based on data, daily interactions, and market trends

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Guide customers through program requirements and help them submit compliant advertising for pre-approval and reimbursement
  • Serve as the go-to liaison for sales teams, customers, and internal departments
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and brand teams to ensure alignment and compliance
  • Help create and maintain training resources and FAQs for program users

Marketing Oversight

  • Review and approve customer-submitted marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and regulatory compliance
  • Offer guidance on creative best practices and campaign execution
  • Track fund utilization, manage invoice and reimbursement documentation, and support budget reconciliation

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain program dashboards and performance reports
  • Analyze data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Deliver insights that drive program improvement and ROI

Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage updates and content on the MyNeuroStar.com website and Marketing Hub platform
  • Oversee inventory and distribution logistics of marketing materials
  • Draft customer-facing communications, including newsletters and promotions
  • Support internal compliance processes and committee reviews
  • Jump in on special projects that support broader marketing goals

What You Bring

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Integrity, discretion, and sound business judgment

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred
  • 2+ years in a marketing support or coordination role
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for 50-75% of the workday
  • Ability to walk, bend, and stoop regularly
  • Light to moderate lifting
  • Occasional travel within the U.S. may be required

Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
