 Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized licensed wealth management service associate to support our wealth management team. The ideal candidate will hold an active securities license (e.g. Series 7, Series 66, or equivalent), execute trades, and take on marketing responsibilities to promote our firm's services.  This multifaceted role combines administrative excellence, trading experience, and marketing initiatives to enhance client service and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate communications for wealth advisors.
  • Prepare and process client documentation, including account openings, transfers, and updates.
  • Maintain accurate client record in CRM systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and financial planning materials for client meetings.
  • Facilitate all incoming and outgoing money movements (wires, ACH transfers)

Trading and Investment Support:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote wealth management services, including email newsletters, social media posts and client-facing content.
  • Manage and update the firm's website, social media accounts, and other digital platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Create marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations to educate clients and attract prospects.
  • Coordinate client events to foster engagement and business development.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide insights to optimize outreach efforts.

Client Service:

  • Act as a point of contact for clients, address routine inquiries and escalating complex issues to advisors.
  • Provide exceptional client service through timely and accurate responses to requests.
  • Support client onboarding processes and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication.
Requirements

 
Qualifications:

  • Active securities license (Series 7 and Series 63/66 preferred, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related administrative role.
  • Proven experience in marketing, including content creation, social media management, or campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, trading processes, and market operations.
  • Proficiency in wealth management software and marketing tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the financial industry.
  • Ability to come into the office 5 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with portfolio management tools or trading platforms.
  • Familiarity with financial planning concepts and wealth management strategies.
  • Basic graphic design skills or experience with website management platforms.
