The Brand Manager will play a key role in shaping the business and bringing our brand to life across diverse channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints. The individual will help define and execute brand strategies, integrated marketing programs and 360 campaigns that unlock a new phase of growth for the business.

 

From championing the voice of the brand to analyzing key business drivers, this individual is equal parts strategic, creative and analytical. Above all, they are excited about building something new, challenging the status quo and passionate about making a difference for the business and in the lives of eyecare consumers and the professionals that care for them.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Help craft the Masterbrand and portfolio brand identities and bring them to life through compelling messaging, content and brand activations
  • Be a champion of the brands across the organization ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visual expression across channels
  • Support the creation of strategic brand plans through providing key analysis and specific, insight-driven recommendations across promotion, portfolio management, pricing, product innovation and other brand opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional execution of strategic brand programs and initiatives identified as part of brand planning process
  • Help develop strategic marketing plans and lead the execution of strategic marketing programs and 360 campaigns that meet business objectives
  • Help craft go-to-market plans and lead execution of commercial launch efforts in collaboration with other Brand Marketing members, Field Marketing, Sales, E-commerce and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Provide brand strategic guidance, oversight and marketing support to e-commerce and Amazon marketplace efforts
  • Own and lead all aspects from brand strategy to performance management of non-core brand businesses in consumer-only channels with key focus on Amazon marketplace
  • Monitor key brand and campaign KPIs and regularly report on performance including specific recommendations for optimizations
  • Assist in managing agency, vendor and marketing platform provider relationships

Qualifications

Qualifications
•    4–6 years of experience in brand management, preferably in a consumer-facing industry
•    Experience in healthcare-based or other professionally driven industry a plus
•    Proven ability to manage cross-channel campaigns and collaborate across functions
•    Strong storytelling and writing skills with an eye for design and detail
•    Experience leading large-scale, 360 marketing campaigns from concept to execution 
•    Experience with brand strategy including positioning, identity definition and execution
•    Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills
•    Comfortable analyzing data and drawing insights to optimize performance
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
