Rodriguez Consulting is seeking a part-time Brand & Digital Media Intern to support internal

communications, employee-facing materials, and light brand development efforts. This role is ideal

for a student or emerging professional with strengths in digital media, graphic design, content

creation, and AI-assisted communication tools. The intern will work closely with team members

supporting HR, administration, and marketing to help create polished documents, onboarding and

benefits materials, branded visuals, social media content, and foundational content for future

website updates.

Reporting Relationship

This position reports primarily to the HR and Administration team, with direction from firm leadership as needed. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, HR support, and internal communications.

Core Responsibilities

Internal Communications & HR Support

  • Create, format, and update internal employee-facing materials including onboarding documents, benefits summaries, guides, and HR reference materials

  • Transform rough drafts and ideas into polished, easy-to-read content for internal audiences

  • Digital Media & Graphic Support

  • Use Canva and similar tools to produce graphics, one-pagers, branded visuals, infographics, templates, and presentation elements

  • Help organize and standardize visual materials so the firm presents itself consistently across

  • internal and external platforms.


AI-Assisted Content Development

  • Use tools such as Claude, Gemini, and NotebookLM to draft, summarize, organize, and

  • improve content

  • Support responsible use of AI for writing, formatting, brainstorming, and content repurposing;

  • ensure all final materials are reviewed and tailored for Rodriguez

  • Brand & Culture Content

  • Assist with internal content reflecting Rodriguez culture, values, and professionalism, including

  • employee recognition and recruiting support materials

  • Provide light external brand support through LinkedIn and Instagram, including post graphics, content formatting, and visual consistency


Brand Documentation & Asset Organization

  • Document and organize Rodriguez brand assets, templates, style references, and related files

  • used for marketing, recruiting, and company communications

  • Support early-stage website content work including content organization, visual asset gathering, and draft page concepts



Requirements

Preferred Skills & Background

  • Experience with Canva, presentation design, and social media content creation

  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or NotebookLM

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to translate ideas and rough content into clear, polished materials

  • Background in digital media, graphic communication, visual storytelling, content creation, or marketing support preferred

Tools & Platforms

Canva, Google Workspace, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, LinkedIn, Instagram, and basic website

content platforms as needed.
