The AVP, Employee Communications will strengthen alignment between our corporate communications function and our field operations, ensuring that our regions are fully connected to company priorities and equipped to deliver with excellence at the local level. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead internal communications strategy and execution for Comcastβs regional operations, ensuring alignment with national priorities and consistent delivery across all markets.
Provide strategic direction and oversight to regional internal communications teams, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture and a great place to work.
Translate company strategy into clear, actionable communications that drive aligned execution and employee engagement in the field.
Ensure direct and open communication between corporate and the field to enable more nimble operations
Develop and implement communication frameworks, including toolkits and best practices, to accelerate execution, provide clear focus deliver results
Drive innovation in field communications and maintain a centralized repository of proven practices to scale impact across the enterprise.
Β Define and track KPIs to measure effectiveness and continuously refine messaging based on insights.
Advise senior leadership on regional communications opportunities, risks, and execution strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong track record of developing and executing internal communications strategies that drive alignment, engagement, and measurable outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to partner with senior executives and advise leaders with sound communications counsel.
Experience leading teams, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation in communications.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry.
