Assistant Marketing Manager (Path to Marketing Manager)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team at Ebling’s. This is a 30–40 hour per week position with flexibility for in-office or hybrid scheduling. While the role begins as an Assistant Manager, it is designed as a development path into the Marketing Manager position. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Campaigns – Plan, organize, and oversee marketing campaigns that support growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Partners – Work closely with external vendors and our equipment brand marketing teams.
- Guide Digital Strategy – Maintain working knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads to engage with vendors and evaluate ROI.
- Create Compelling Content – Write, edit, and produce professional photography and videography; manage the digital asset library.
- Ensure Accuracy – Oversee daily accuracy of website whole goods inventory and manage promotional visibility.
- Manage Budgets & Co-op – Track expenses, manage marketing budgets, and verify co-op dollars are filed and utilized.
- Develop Talent – Provide coaching and support to the part-time Marketing Assistant.
- Protect the Brand – Uphold and enhance Ebling’s image in all communications.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Leadership and coaching ability
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and analytics
- Creativity in writing, photography, and videography
- Business understanding of how marketing impacts sales and profitability
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems and analytics tools
