Account Manager - Online Marketing - Base Salary to 45k/year - Mechanicsburg, PA
Our client, a well-established online marketing company, is currently seeking an Account Manager for their Mechanicsburg, PA location. The Account Manager will integrate the Production and Sales teams ensuring client satisfaction; combining some Account Management with Administration/ Operations support.
Our client is open to recent college graduates with some office experience, OR experienced Customer Service, Account Representatives, or Office Operations Support personnel. Role is Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, in-office; with a half day remote weekly.
Responsibilities:
Work with internal and external contacts for approvals & requests
Maintain reports & and follow up on company e-mail compliance
Track, maintain, and update databases for marketing campaigns
Work as a liaison between Sales and Production teams
Proactively communicate to external and internal contacts to optimize processes
Assist in the creative development process
Manage house accounts to ensure that potential is maximized
Develop an understanding of both company processes and industry trends
Utilize internal systems to ensure a consistent and successful workflow
Support Company goals by accepting ownership for achieving objectives
Compile daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of office support experience (will consider internships/co-ops)
Proficient in MS Office software
Customer Service, Account Management, or Office Operations/Administrative Support experience
Compensation:
Base salary in the 40k - 45k/year range
