The Senators are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and dependable individual for the position of Marketing & Community Relations Associate for the 2025 season. This is a paid seasonal position with a start date beginning February 2025 and a TBD end date after the conclusion of the season in September 2025.
Compensation: $1,200 per month ($10/hour)
Hours: 120 hours per month, weeks will vary based on schedule.

Requirements:
- Completing or have completed a four–year college degree strongly preferred (Sport Management, Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field).
- Ability to work within the dates listed above.
- Ability to maintain flexible hours, including but not limited to, normal business hours, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Must provide own transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with game-day responsibilities including, but not limited to, in-game social media posting/monitoring in conjunction with other game day responsibilities.
- Assist in maintaining internal planning calendars to ensure a constant supply of relevant content across platforms.
- Monitor social channels and engage with customers to resolve customer service issues and create positive PR opportunities .
- Assist with Senators email marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with Community Relations Director to assist with planning and executing approximately 200 mascot and player appearances in the community.
- Assist Community Relations Director in processing all incoming donation requests in a timely manner.
- Oversee the 2025 Mayfly Gang Kids Club
- Assist the team with community grassroots marketing initiatives
- Rotational departmental duties. Gain experience in all aspects of team operations including ballpark and field maintenance, setup for ballgames and other events, Senators community events, etc.
Qualifications:
- Self motivated and hard working
- Current Driver’s License
- Ability to work and communicate well with others
- Charismatic, Team Player - must work well in team setting.
- Ability to handle a fast paced environment
- Responsible individual with sound judgement
