Job Description: Vice President of Marketing
The Vice President of Marketing will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s marketing strategy and executing impactful marketing initiatives that drive awareness and adoption of innovative products. This is a full-time position based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team to execute digital marketing, content creation, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Oversee product positioning, messaging, and branding strategies to communicate the value of the company and product effectively.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create effective sales enablement tools and support materials.
  • Collaborate with regulatory and clinical teams to ensure compliance and accurate representation of products.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry influencers, and partners.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and high ROI.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A proven track record with at least 10 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing strategy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messages and presentations.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
Desired Experience:
  • Experience marketing medical devices, particularly in respiratory or critical care technology, is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in launching new products and driving market penetration.
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance related to medical marketing.
  • Established network within the healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare professionals' engagement.
