Position : Technical Marketing Assistant/Marketing Automation Specialist (LATAM & South Africa Hiring)

Client Industry: AI Powered SaaS

Working Hours : Flexible/TBD

Salary Range : 1,500 - 2,500 USD - If highly technical (AI dev level), could stretch to 3,000 USD/month​​​​​​​

This is not a traditional marketing assistant. The role focuses heavily on AI automation setup, content repurposing, and marketing system integration.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage tools such as:
  • ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
  • Zapier
  • Opus Clip
  • LinkedIn Live
  • Circle (for community building)
  • Email automation (e.g. Apollo, Clay)
• Take content (e.g., recorded podcasts or livestreams) and:
  • Edit/select clips using AI tools (e.g., Opus Clip)
  • Post across multiple platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Circle)
• Build and manage marketing automations and outreach flows
• Assist in training AI tools (e.g., exporting CSVs, prompting GPTs)
• Light project coordination (support content flow, timelines, and updates)
• Eventually support community engagement + light customer success as platform launches

👥 Supervision & Collaboration

• Reports to the CEO directly
• Collaborates lightly with (finance/admin)
• Works independently most of the time

✅ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Core Traits:

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with AI/automation platforms
• Strong initiative and problem-solving (self-starter mindset)
• Can “figure it out” using YouTube, GPTs, documentation, etc.
• Not overly senior — must be flexible and open to new tools/processes
• Comfortable in a lean start-up environment

Soft Skills:

• Independent thinker, proactive communicator
• Can manage own time and tasks with minimal handholding
• Able to take ambiguous input and turn it into action

Bonus Experience:

• Familiarity with content marketing pipelines
• Worked in startups or digital marketing teams
• Light project management or VA support background
