Team Lead (Global Integrated/Experiential Marketing)
Location: Remote/In-Field
Type: 30 - 35 hours per week  [1 Month Nov 21-Dec 21] with possibility of extension

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for a growing sales & marketing professional to work within a highly strategic Business Unit supporting a major consumer electronic brand’s field sales and training team from planning, execution to measurement. As a Team Lead, you will be a central position on the team, responsible for supporting day to day preparation and planning for clients  infield programs. 

The Team Lead is the hub of the wheel, assisting management with the streamlined oversight and preparation for all brand campaigns

WAGE: $25-$28/hour



Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary and most accessible contact for all Brand Ambassadors within your assigned region. This includes attending regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins to provide guidance or address concerns
  • Oversee all day-to-day operational details to guarantee flawless execution. This involves confirming BAs punctuality, ensuring they are fully equipped with all necessary materials and verifying that activation sites are set up correctly
  • Building team morale, celebrating individual and group achievements, and encouraging professional growth among your Brand Ambassadors
  • Actively participate in consumer interactions to set the standard for excellence. Demonstrate best practices for initiating educational conversations, conveying brand messages clearly and effectively, and creating a positive, memorable experience for the consumers
  • Meeting with on-site contact as needed to discuss campaign  presence, adjustments or feedback 
  • Transportating necessary assets to activation site and support with setup as required
  • Swiftly resolving logistical challenges, managing last-minute staffing changes, and handling any unexpected situational problems to ensure the campaign runs smoothly
  • Essential administrative functions i.e. review weekly schedules, verifying timesheets
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on consumer engagement, quality of interactions, and educational reach while 
  • Compile and deliver regular reports on regional team performance, campaign highlights, and operational status to the management team
  • Gather qualitative feedback, consumer insights and photos from the field to share with the senior management
  • Travel regularly and extensively to various activation sites to work alongside your team
  • Use Google Workspace tools (Docs, Drive, Slides, Sheets, Meet) to stay organized and communicate clearly


Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Background in roles like Team Lead, Field Manager, or Event Manager, especially within experiential marketing.
  • Natural leader who can mentor, build a team, and communicate effectively with both their team and the public.
  • Willingness to Travel - this role requires frequent travel within the designated region to support the team on-site.
  • Must be resourceful and able to handle logistical or staffing challenges quickly and effectively.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for interacting with people and creating positive brand experiences is essential.
  • Experience in reporting and analyzing infield metric’s
  • Some sales experience required
  • Regular access to a vehicle required
