The Communications Assistant will be responsible for representing the PCWP on social media, developing e-newsletters, and tracking PCWP news hits. The individual will maintain an active social media presence, gathering news, tracking effectiveness, and providing analysis. Β The Communications Assistant will also be asked to think critically and strategically about how best to communicate the impact of the PCWP's work to a broad range of audiences.
Duties include:
-Review and collect news and information appropriate for PCWP social media
-Maintain PCWP social media accounts
-Develop and execute PCWP social media strategy
-Track and analyze social media statistics and provide reports
-Create e-newsletters
-Create content using Canva
-Other duties, as assigned
This position can be a hybrid position.Β
All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time. Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year. Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.
Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
