Overview

GCG Connectivity & Power Solutions (CPS) is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to support brand awareness, lead generation, and digital performance across our Connectivity & Power Solutions business!

 

As our Senior Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a hands-on role in developing and executing digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, support revenue growth, and enable customer acquisition. You’ll conduct market research to identify target demographics, analyze competitor offerings, and inform campaign development for digital, social media, and email channels.   You'll also support development of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions and monitor KPI's to track campaign performance.  

 

This position is ideal for a digitally savvy marketer who enjoys owning execution, improving performance through optimization, and collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced B2B environment.

 

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement from our offices located at 101 Kestrel Drive Collegeville, PA, 19426. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Revenue, Leads, Brand Awareness: Manage the day-to-day production of the internal and external marketing and communication projects as they relate to the marketing calendar. Drive incremental revenue and leads through digital channels. Use digital channels to increase and reinforce brand awareness 

  • Online Brand Management: Ensure that all online customer touchpoints align with CPS brand strategy 

  • Digital Campaign Execution: Work with CPS Marketing team to execute digital aspects of marketing campaigns. Coordinate, deploy, and help to develop Digital Advertising campaigns and assets including emails, social media posts, web banners, web pages, etc  

  • Site Optimization: Optimize the user experience, Identify critical conversion points and drop off points, and continual optimize user funnel 

  • Website Marketing: Utilize e-commerce site tools for prioritizing high margin and key brands. Use advertising spots on site to promote key brands in line with marketing coop contributions and company objectives 

  • Enhancements: Identify, research and test new digital channels and tools, maximizing the return from new tools 

  • Maintain Online Resource Libraries: Maintain consolidated CPS resource library for internal and external use, containing video and PDF content. Responsible for managing the agency or 3rd parties responsible for creating the imagery, website graphics, etc. while maintaining appropriate brand voice and identity 

  • Hubspot CRM Management: Own and manage the Hubspot CRM tool and associated customer records, email lists, landing pages, surveys, etc 

  • Marketing Planning: Participate in overall marketing strategy planning.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or a comparable role in a business-to-business environment; previous experience within wire and cable distribution considered advantageous but not required
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Experience using marketing analytics and data to measure performance and guide decisions
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot & Salesforce) experience preferred
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
