Description

Leads large, complex, cross-functional programs that improve patient access, service delivery, and operational performance. Accountable for end-to-end execution, program outcomes, and alignment with the National Patient Services strategy.



Responsibilities
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable programs and roadmaps. 
  • Translates strategy into action through initiative roadmaps, KPIs/OKRs and Operating Models.
  • Lead governance, reporting, and executive-level updates.
  • Drive alignment across senior leaders and cross functional partners.
  • Oversee end-to-end program delivery, including scope, timeline, and budget. 
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across operations, technology, and support teams.
  • Serve as primary business point of contact for IT partners, translating operational needs into technical requirements.
  • Defining KPIs.
  • Making Data Driven Decisions.
  • Own a portfolio of initiatives that result in large-scale improvement.  
  • Ensure initiatives align with frontline workflows and operational needs.  
  • UAT Testing • User Stories • Development of workflows • Journey Mapping 
  • Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate progress and insights through executive ready reporting and presentations 
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Support resource planning and financial tracking.
  • Lead change management, adoption, and implementation readiness. 
  • Defining personas 
  • Focus Groups 
  • Lead, coach, and develop program team members.

 

This professional can work in a mostly remote capacity with occasional travel to their designated home office. Must be located within a reasonable distance to one of the following offices:

Qualifications

Work Experience required

  • 7-10 years of experience in program management, strategy, consulting, business operations, or PMO role with proven success leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with IT organizations as business lead with hands on involvement in requirements definition, UAT and technology implementation within large-scale operational environments 
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking under ambiguity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Prolonged periods of computer use and virtual/in-person meetings.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
