POSITION SUMMARY:
You are a senior-level Digital Designer who supports the concept and execution of seasonal and evergreen digital touchpoints across site and email. You collaborate with and mentor a team of graphic designers while upholding the highest standards of digital execution, consistency, and innovation. This role requires a self-starter with a collaborative spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration with UX, Production, and Brand is key.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execution of digital assets for site and email, ensuring consistency, technical excellence, and brand alignment.
- Closely collaborate with copywriters to create cohesive visual and written storytelling across deliverables.
- Assess project goals and provide creative solutions that meet both strategic and visual objectives.
- Support the build and maintenance of style guides, asset libraries, seasonal overviews.
- Mentor a team of designers: model high standards and provide direct, constructive dialogue about seasonal touchpoints.
- Potential for management of junior / mid-level designers.
- Partner with photo studio on still-life laydowns and asset planning as needed.
- Track and manage project timelines and reviews; flag potential roadblocks early and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
- Ensure all creative is properly spec’d and released; work closely with production and UX to support flawless execution.
- Review all routing packets for accuracy, consistency, and brand quality.
- Stay up to date on digital design, retail, and cultural trends; regularly share inspiration with your team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 5–8 years of digital design experience in a retail or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing email and site design with an eye for layout, color, and storytelling.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Deep knowledge of digital best practices and responsive design principles.
- A test project in Figma may be assigned to assess proficiency.
