Primary Purpose

This individual will work closely with HR Strategy and Solutions Leaders as well as the HR PMO to develop communications strategies, presentations, and deliverables for communicating with executive leadership and the Board of Directors. This individual will support HR Change initiatives and other HR related strategic communications efforts. This individual will have the opportunity to support various continuous improvement efforts and strategic initiatives within the HR organization


Primary Duties

  • Works with HR Leadership to develop communications strategies presentations, and deliverables for communicating with executive leadership and Board of Directors 
  • Works with other HR Strategy Leaders to support key other HR Strategy Initiatives 
  • Represents HR on Organizational Change Management efforts 
  • Supports HR initiatives on cross functional teams 
  • Works with HR PMO to align and coordinate HR Communications 

Job Scope

  • Reports to the Director of HR Strategy, Research, and Effectiveness
  • Works with HR professionals at all levels of the organization
  • Works with other strategy professionals across the enterprise
  • Works closely with HR Solutions, HR PMO, HR Continuous Improvement, and HR Research, Culture, and Engagement

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4-7 yrs exp in communications, strategy, change communications, or HR communications related roles 
  • Bachelor's in communications, HR, or similar area
  • Ability to create communications strategies presentations, and deliverables to effectively convey compelling stories, strategic initiatives, and concepts to executive leadership
  • Consulting, project management, and influencing others
  • Facilitation, presentation skills
  • Organizational change management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pro Sci or other Change Management certification
  • Consulting experience
  • Graphic design / layout experience and credentials

  • Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $87,200.00/Yr. – $119,900.00/Yr.
