Your Role in Our Story as a(n) Specialist I Campaign Marketing

As Specialist I, Campaign Marketing at The GIANT Company, you will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that align with company priorities and drive customer engagement. This role works closely with the Manager of Campaign Planning and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time across multiple channels, including print, digital, and in-store.

You will assist in coordinating campaign assets, managing timelines, and supporting in-store signage initiatives to create a cohesive customer experience.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like as a(n) [job title] 

• Spearhead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, and in-store channels.
• Manage the project process of all campaign assets, including creative, copy, and signage.
• Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables meet brand standards and deadlines.
• Manage timelines and track progress for campaign activities.
• Ownership of administrative and operational support for campaign planning processes.
• Maintain reporting on campaign performance and create compiling reports and insights.
• Ensure proofing and quality control processes are followed for all campaign materials.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and campaign execution processes.
• Detail-oriented with ability to ensure accuracy in deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools a plus. 
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing or campaign coordination. Retail experience preferred.

What are the details?  

• Hybrid Remote: This position is based out of Carlisle, PA and will require 3 days a week in the office.  

• Reporting: The Specialist Campaign Marketing reports into the Manager, Integrated Planning & Execution within the Marketing Team.
