Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, technically sharp, and culturally savvy Social Media Manager to take ownership of our law firm clients' social media campaigns. This is a high-impact role responsible for developing and executing compliant, culturally relevant, and high-performing social media strategies across multiple platforms.
This is a remote role with a required Sourcing Strategy focusing on Latin America due to the need for a strong understanding of US culture and legal context.

Core Responsibilities
The Social Media Manager will be the driving force behind our clients' social presence, focusing on compliance and creative strategy:
Creative Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and manage end-to-end social media strategies that align with each client's unique legal practice and marketing objectives.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (including text, images, and video) across major platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor platform performance and audience engagement, using data to inform and optimize future content strategy.
Legal & Cultural Compliance (Core Challenge)
  • Ensure Compliance: Critically review all content and campaigns to ensure strict compliance with US legal and ethical guidelines relevant to lawyer advertising and communication.
  • Cultural Relevance: Develop content that resonates authentically with US audiences and demonstrates a strong, immediate grasp of US cultural norms and legal sensitivities.
  • Stay current on platform policy changes and evolving US legal marketing regulations.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Act as the primary contact for social media-related client communication, ensuring campaign objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with the internal design and paid ads teams to ensure cohesive cross-channel campaigns.
  • Provide clear performance reports and strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Proven experience (e.g., 2+ years) managing B2C or professional services social media campaigns, ideally in a regulated industry.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep, current working knowledge of content creation, scheduling, and analytics across Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Critical Thinking: Must be a mentally sharp, fast learner with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical & Graphic Skills: Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing for social content.
  • Cultural & Legal Acumen (Essential): Demonstrated ability to understand and apply US cultural and legal nuances to marketing content. Candidates must minimize the need for extensive training on US-specific content compliance.
