About the Role

This role is a blend of Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, and Executive Virtual Assistance. You’ll help build our online presence, create high-impact content, engage with communities, and support the team with admin and creative tasks.

Qualifications

  •  ​​​​​​At least 1 year of experience as a Social Media Manager for a US-based client (local-only experience not accepted)
  • Strong video editing skills (especially for YouTube)
  • Excellent creative writing and storytelling abilities
  • Experience producing and posting podcasts
  • Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, and Meta Business Suite
  • Proficiency in Canva or other design platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently
  • Willing to undergo 3-week training for free

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Marketing

  • Develop and implement strategic social media plans aligned with company goals

  • Build and manage marketing campaigns and funnels

  • Track performance and optimize strategies using analytics

Content Creation

  • Create and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

  • Produce and distribute podcast episodes across platforms

  • Design visually appealing graphics using Canva

  • Edit YouTube videos, including adding B-rolls, thumbnails, and captions

Community Engagement & Lead Nurturing

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions

  • Support with Facebook ad leads and inquiries

  • Help build and nurture an active, engaged online community

Executive Virtual Assistant Tasks

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules

  • Organize emails and inbox workflows

  • Support the team by improving workflow efficiency and communication

Work-From-Home Setup

  • Reliable desktop or laptop

  • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) with a backup connection

  • Backup power source (UPS or generator)

  • Dual monitor setup for multitasking efficiency
