Lead Lamp Media is a full-service marketing agency based in Camp Hill, PA. We handle all marketing and advertising for the Verber Dental Group—one of the largest and most respected dental networks in Central PA—while also supporting a wide variety of other local businesses. From social media to video production, SEO to community events, our work helps brands stand out and connect with their audiences.


We’re looking for a Social Media & Event Coordinator Intern to join our team and gain real-world marketing experience. This part-time internship is perfect for a college student eager to explore social media, digital marketing, and event coordination. You’ll help us create engaging content, support online presence, and assist with fun community events—all while learning the ropes from an experienced agency team that manages campaigns for both a major regional brand and many growing small businesses.

Schedule: Part-time, flexible (willing to work around school schedules) Up to 20 hours a week 


Compensation: Paid Internship, Starting at $15/hr 


 Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with creating social media content (posts, stories, photos, and short videos).
  • Help maintain a posting calendar and brainstorm fresh ideas to engage our audience.
  • Support community events (planning, setup, and attendance as available).
  • Capture photos and videos during events to be used on social platforms.
  • Interact with followers by liking, commenting, and responding to messages.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and suggest creative ways to apply them.

Requirements

What We're Looking For: 

  • Current college student (Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field preferred).
  • Familiar with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative thinker with an eye for visuals and storytelling.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality—comfortable engaging at community events.
  • Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage part-time hours around school.
Salary Description
$15 hour
