Signage Coordinator (Retail Marketing)

Location: Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; Remote Monday and Friday

Oxford Solutions is seeking a Signage Coordinator for an opportunity with our client. This role supports the development, coordination, and distribution of promotional signage for retail stores and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with multiple teams to ensure signage accuracy and timely execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional signage for retail stores, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
• Ensure promotional signage and pricing information are accurate and delivered on schedule.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, operations, and technology teams to support signage programs.
• Assist with testing and improvements to signage systems and processes.
• Respond to signage-related questions and troubleshoot issues for store teams.
• Maintain signage guidelines, documentation, and training materials.
• Communicate signage updates and procedures to internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall signage execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, retail operations, merchandising, or a related business function.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Experience with retail promotions, signage, or marketing operations is a plus.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Hybrid work schedule with three days onsite (Tuesday–Thursday) and two days remote (Monday and Friday).
