Position Summary:
Sentry Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to drive the coordination and execution of complex programs across fintech, crypto, and digital identity. This leadership role is based at our headquarters in West Chester, PA, and focuses on managing cross-functional initiatives that deliver innovative hardware and software solutions to market. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive program plans that align with organizational goals and product strategies.
  • Drive the execution of complex, multi-disciplinary programs across product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Lead cross-functional project meetings to ensure constant forward progression toward execution of key initiatives.
  • Define and track program objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

2. Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Act as the central point of contact for all program-related activities, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, managing dependencies, risks, and expectations across teams.
  • Deliver regular updates and program status reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

3. Risk and Issue Management:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure programs stay on track.
  • Resolve conflicts and address bottlenecks, ensuring timely resolution of issues that impact program delivery.

4. Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap within program constraints.
  • Lead governance processes and foster accountability across teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Coordinate resources and timelines to ensure all program components are executed effectively.

5. Industry and Technical Expertise:

  • Stay informed about trends in fintech, blockchain, digital identity, and hardware technologies to drive program strategies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with market needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of SaaS and hardware technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional skills in risk management, issue resolution, and driving results in high-pressure environments.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
  • Methodology Expertise: Experience with Agile, hybrid, or other program management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing programs in B2B products or identity and access management (IAM).
  • Familiarity with product development principles and business modeling.
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Aha! for program planning and execution.
