We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Global Platform Robotics to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. This newly created role supports exponential growth in robotics and plays a critical part in driving multiple product launches, managing advisory boards, and delivering a unified marketing strategy across our global platform. What will you be doing?
Leading global marketing strategy and execution for our robotics platform
Supporting a high volume of product launches across US and international markets
Developing cohesive marketing strategies and value propositions for the robotics ecosystem
Managing user advisory boards and innovation councils
Driving product innovation through surgeon engagement and user group feedback
Collaborating cross-functionally with portfolio teams and international stakeholders
Shaping launch strategy and commercialization readiness
Monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement
What will you need to be successful?
Bachelor’s degree ; MBA preferred
Extensive experience in orthopaedics marketing (robotics experience is a plus)
Proven success in upstream / downstream marketing roles
Strong stakeholder engagement and KOL management skills
Technical background (e.g., bioengineering) welcomed
