We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Global Platform Robotics to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. This newly created role supports exponential growth in robotics and plays a critical part in driving multiple product launches, managing advisory boards, and delivering a unified marketing strategy across our global platform. What will you be doing? 

  • Leading global marketing strategy and execution for our robotics platform 

  • Supporting a high volume of product launches across US and international markets 

  • Developing cohesive marketing strategies and value propositions for the robotics ecosystem 

  • Managing user advisory boards and innovation councils 

  • Driving product innovation through surgeon engagement and user group feedback 

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with portfolio teams and international stakeholders 

  • Shaping launch strategy and commercialization readiness 

  • Monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement 
     

What will you need to be successful? 

  • Bachelor’s degree ; MBA preferred 

  • Extensive experience in orthopaedics marketing (robotics experience is a plus) 

  • Proven success in upstream / downstream marketing roles 

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and KOL management skills 

  • Technical background (e.g., bioengineering) welcomed
