Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Content Designer / UX Writer to establish the content foundation for a new, scalable design system for a multi-platform product. 

This role focuses on building reusable, modular content frameworks that work across brands, languages, and journeys.

The impact you'll make:

• Define content principles, patterns, and guidelines for a net-new design system
• Create scalable content structures that support modular components and reusable flows
• Develop frameworks for localization, accessibility, and inclusive language
• Shape voice and tone principles that can flex across brands with distributed ownership
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Research, and Engineering to ensure content is clear, usable, and system-ready
• Contribute to error messaging, system feedback, and transactional flows at scale

What you'll bring to us:

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles
• Strong background in UX writing or content design for complex digital products
• Experience working within or helping define design systems and content systems
• Systems mindset across full user journeys, not just isolated screens
• Experience supporting localization and multi-brand environments
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence product and design decisions
  
  

Location:

• UK-based: Hybrid model at the office in London. The employee must be available to work on-site 2–3 days per week, depending on client needs.
• Spain based: Flexible remote work
