The Senior Associate Marketing Manager makes an impact by –
The Sr. Associate Marketing Manager serves as the strategic lead for Turkey Hill’s consumer marketing efforts, guiding execution across owned, earned, and paid media channels. This role manages performance and content across websites and social platforms, oversees media buying across digital, OOH, and retail, and leads sponsorship and event activations. The position also advances our purpose-driven initiatives through the Turkey Hill Clean Water Partnership, deepening community engagement and support.
- Digital Strategy & Execution
- Lead digital marketing planning and execution across TurkeyHill.com, TurkeyHillExperience.com, and TurkeyHillNation.com, ensuring a cohesive user experience, updated content, and strong performance metrics.
- Manage paid digital media campaigns (search, display, video, social) and optimize for reach, efficiency, and ROI; manage external agencies and reporting.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for social media and ensure content efforts ladder up to broader brand and business goals.
- Media Buying & Shopper Marketing
- Plan and manage traditional and digital media buying, including social, search, display, out-of-home (OOH), and shopper programs.
- Collaborate with the sales and category teams to integrate customer and retail objectives into paid media strategies.
- Event & Sponsorship Management
- Lead sponsorships and regional partnerships (e.g., Baltimore Orioles, Wells Fargo Center) overseeing branded strategy and activations.
- Lead event activations and sampling programs, expanding partnerships with local events and community organizations to build brand presence and drive meaningful engagement.
- Purpose-Driven Marketing & Community Impact
- Lead marketing efforts for the Turkey Hill Clean Water Partnership, a sustainability initiative focused on water conservation, community engagement, and fundraising.
- Partner with non-profits, local leaders, and internal stakeholders to drive awareness and participation.
- Support broader brand initiatives and perform additional strategic marketing responsibilities as needed.
- Other
- Perform all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and FSMA guidelines as well as all safety regulations.
- Comply with Safe Quality Foods (SQF) food safety and quality standards.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications

5+ years of related professional experience working within the digital marketing ecosystem

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and a high proficiency in digital marketing tools, capabilities and technologies

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and database software applications required

- The employee is required to wear mandated PPE based on assigned job area.
- The employee is frequently required to stand and walk in an manufacturing environment from 4 to 8+ hours.
- The employee must be able to ascend and descend stairs, and where applicable and when necessary, to perform various job-related tasks.
- Must be able to position self to move, reach with arms/hands, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to perform various job-related tasks.
- The employee must be able to inspect all job-related equipment (office or floor) to ensure it is in good working condition prior to use. Must be able to use hands/fingers to handle (or feel) to operate various types of office equipment.

- Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and adjust focus.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds and/or push/pull 20 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must have ability to travel to clients, customers, or other work sites by a variety of transportation methods.
