Seasons Brand Analyst, Holiday
Summary:
The individual in this position will assist the Seasons team on key projects and activities that support the business, with a primary focus on the Holiday season. Responsibilities include supporting and owning Holiday seasonal initiatives to drive success for both the current year and the next seasonal cycle.
Key Activities / Responsibilities:
• The Seasonal Brand Analyst position supports seasonal innovation development, strategic planning, and in-season tracking and analysis, providing a holistic introduction to marketing and an opportunity to build a diverse skill set. The analyst will have the opportunity to lead and own projects with guidance from the Holiday ABM and Senior Manager.
Business development responsibilities:
• Assist with project management (in partnership with Senior Manager and ABM) and collaborate with cross-functional partners including R&D, Engineering, Brand Teams, Finance, and Operations.
Strategy and Communication responsibilities:
• Sales communications: Support the development of sales communication
• Strategy support on seasonal program development
Skills / Competencies:
• Strong analytical ability; able to use multiple sources of data and put together data visualizations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong marketing, finance, and commercial understanding and intuition
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Active learner; ability to learn quickly
• Willingness to take on responsibility and accountability
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business units
• Problem solving attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI); ability to learn new systems

Education: Bachelor's degree required (preferably Business, Commerce)
Experience: Marketing experience preferred. Analytical and project management experience is a plus. Experience with food and beverage flavor development also a plus.
