Position Summary:
Theâ¯Manager,â¯Salesâ¯Planningâ¯&â¯Communicationsâ¯plays a critical role in enabling our customer teams to deliver growth by ensuring they have the right tools, information and organizational communications effectively manage their customer accounts.
This role acts as the central hub forâ¯Salesâ¯Planning—owning theâ¯master commercial calendar, coordinatingâ¯salesâ¯materials for customer meetings,â¯andâ¯guiding the flow of communication acrossâ¯Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain,â¯andâ¯Corporateâ¯Communications, etc.
A key responsibility will be building, maintaining,â¯andâ¯continuously improving theâ¯Sales SharePoint Portal—the go-to resource for customer-facing materials, innovation launch assets, product informationâ¯andâ¯commercial updates.

Key Responsibilities
Salesâ¯Planningâ¯& Commercial Execution
Lead the development, organization,â¯andâ¯distribution ofâ¯Salesâ¯Planningâ¯materials, including AOP decks, DSMPs, customer selling stories, go-to-market toolkits, activationâ¯andâ¯promotional calendars.
Maintainâ¯andâ¯govern theâ¯Bonduelle Growth Team Master Calendar, including AOP timelines, customer meetings, customer reset windows, trade eventsâ¯andâ¯internalâ¯planningâ¯cycles.
Partner closely with Marketing, Corporate Communications, Category & Insights, Marketing,â¯andâ¯Customer Strategy & Planning teams to ensure alignment of prioritiesâ¯andâ¯integration of insights intoâ¯planningâ¯tools.
Support customer teams with presentation development, meeting preparation,â¯andâ¯high-qualityâ¯salesâ¯collateral for strategic customer engagements.
Salesâ¯Communicationsâ¯& Enablement
Own theâ¯Salesâ¯Communicationsâ¯process, developingâ¯andâ¯distributing clearâ¯andâ¯timely updates on innovation, quality notices, product changes, pricing updates, promotional programs,â¯andâ¯internal announcements.
Serve as the administratorâ¯andâ¯content owner for theâ¯Salesâ¯SharePoint Portal, responsible for site structure, content management, document libraries,â¯andâ¯version control.
Buildâ¯andâ¯maintain “one source of truth” forâ¯salesâ¯tools, customer-ready assets, sell sheets, product spec information,â¯andâ¯launch materials.
Partner with ITâ¯andâ¯Digital teams to enhance portal functionality, searchability,â¯andâ¯user experience.
Develop templates, toolkits,â¯andâ¯communication frameworks for customer-facingâ¯andâ¯brokerâ¯communications.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as a key liaison betweenâ¯Salesâ¯andâ¯cross-functional partners includingâ¯Marketing, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Legal, PR/Corporateâ¯Communications,â¯andâ¯Supply Chain.
Coordinate the flow of information related to product changes, packaging updates, quality notices, regulatory items,â¯andâ¯innovation readiness.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensureâ¯â¯has visibility into upcoming sales team and customer needs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,â¯Communications, or related field.
3+ years ofâ¯Salesâ¯Planning,â¯Salesâ¯Operations, Commercialâ¯Communications, or related experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), ideally in edible grocery.
Demonstrated experience building, managing,â¯andâ¯administrating sales tools
Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines across functionsâ¯andâ¯prioritize effectively.
Exceptional writtenâ¯andâ¯verbal communication skills; experience preparing executive-levelâ¯andâ¯customer-facing presentations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)â¯andâ¯digital collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams).
Ability to thrive in a highly cross-functional, fast-paced environment supportingâ¯Salesâ¯andâ¯Customer Development teams.
