We're committed to safety, innovation, and excellent service and we're looking for a creative and motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand and expand our client base.
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a key role in growing our commercial service business while enhancing our digital presence. This hybrid position combines outside sales responsibilities with marketing content creation, including video production, social media management, and website updates. You'll be a brand ambassador who's equally comfortable on job sites, in client meetings, and behind the camera or computer.
Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities in fire protection, plumbing, and excavating.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and follow up on bids.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Track leads and sales activity in CRM or tracking system.
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for social media and the company website (e.g., project highlights, customer testimonials, service demos).
Create engaging, on-brand content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Write captions, blog posts, and email marketing content to support campaigns and promotions.
Take high-quality job site photos to use in marketing materials and online.
Monitor performance of posts and campaigns to recommend improvements.
Regularly update website content, including text, images, service pages, and project portfolios.
Assist in internal communications, recruiting campaigns, or employee spotlights as needed.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and media contacts when necessary.
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (construction or service industry preferred).
Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).
Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on-site.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel to client sites.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of the fire protection, plumbing, or excavating industries.
