Salary: $120,000 annual base + performance incentives

We’re seeking a dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our entire revenue operation. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive role owns the full sales and marketing strategy, execution, and outcomes. You’ll oversee all District Sales Managers, Inside Sales, and our high-performing digital marketing team—ensuring revenue targets are not only met but consistently exceeded.
This role is perfect for a driven, strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building and optimizing systems (especially AI-powered automations), and is passionate about driving results through people and process excellence.
Manage all District Sales Managers and Inside Sales teams
Oversee a digital-focused marketing department
Lead weekly sales meetings, contests, and performance reviews
Own AR escalation and enforce compliance standards
Set and drive company-wide revenue goals
Ensure jobs are sold, booked, and funded pre-install
Align install pacing with lead volume
Develop and implement AI automation systems to replace manual tasks
Lead digital strategy across Facebook, Google, GHL, Networx, and more
Optimize lead generation based on CPL, CAC, and RPL
Create scalable landing pages, offers, and creative systems
Hold all campaigns accountable to strong ROI targets
Identify and automate repetitive tasks in sales, marketing, and admin
Maintain 90%+ AI automation coverage for back-office tasks
