You will collaborate closely with clinical and marketing teams, translating complex clinical data into impactful educational content for healthcare professionals. Accountabilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive therapy awareness programs targeting clinical audiences.
- Translate clinical data and health outcomes into clear, compliant messaging.
- Collaborate with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Health Economics teams for accurate education.
- Create multi-channel awareness campaigns including live events and digital tools.
- Design scalable field marketing programs aligned with sales objectives.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for field sales, ensuring priority alignment.
- Develop regional marketing tools and resources for local engagement initiatives.
- Establish feedback mechanisms to refine programs continuously.
- Define success metrics and KPIs for programs.
- Analyze performance data to derive insights and adjust strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing within medical devices or healthcare sectors.
- Proven ability leading therapy or disease-state awareness initiatives.
- Strong field marketing and sales enablement experience.
- Background in supporting product launches and growth commercialization.
- Experience working cross-functionally in regulated environments.
