Accountabilities
- Oversee the recruitment and engagement of patient support groups and associations.
- Map and evaluate potential patient partnerships that align with therapeutic areas.
- Foster strong relationships with advocacy groups to ensure mutual value exchange.
- Lead the development and optimization of patient panel technology.
- Design and execute global patient panel growth strategies.
- Own the digital growth and optimization strategy for patient panel brands.
- Develop frameworks for digital planning and execution across various platforms.
- Establish governance standards for digital content and user experience.
- Drive optimization through testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee analytics and KPIs focused on acquisition and engagement.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for digital performance improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing roles.
- 2+ years of experience managing external partnerships.
- Experience scaling recruitment strategies across multiple channels.
- Experience in a regulated or privacy-sensitive environment.
- Proven track record of achieving measurable outcomes tied to commercial goals.
