Based in our Cranberry Township, PA location, you will join our Digital Twin Projects group, contributing to the design and implementation of world‑class simulation and operational‑technology solutions—including digital twins, high‑performance control rooms, and remote operations centers. These solutions accurately model real‑time power‑plant behaviors and support training, testing, operational decision‑making, and safer, more efficient plant operations.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

Support the design, configuration, and implementation of digital twin simulation systems, high‑performance control room solutions, and remote operations center projects for power‑industry customers

  • Develop and test control‑logic models to replicate real‑world plant operations in simulated and operational environments
  • Collaborate effectively with process‑simulation engineers, project managers, and cross‑functional teams to solve problems and share learnings
  • Leverage knowledge of customer processes and execution methodologies to lead customer‑facing activities such as controls validation, performance testing, simulation acceptance testing, and operational‑readiness reviews
  • Contribute to global cross‑functional projects by supporting senior engineers and gaining exposure to multiple engineering and operations disciplines
  • Take initiative in learning simulation tools, automation platforms, HPCR/ROC design principles, and industry standards
  • Support the development of internal tools and workflows that improve efficiency across digital twin, HPCR, and ROC project

You enjoy building something from scratch, anticipating customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. You consult with multiple and diverse sources when solving problems.

 

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of engineering experience, including experience in project management,preferably within a technical engineering‑related field
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
  • Comfort presenting technical concepts to both engineering and non‑technical audiences
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • Experience with simulation platforms (e.g., HYSYS, MATLAB, Simulink)
  • Exposure to power‑generation systems, plant operations, or industrial environments
  • Prior experience supporting customer‑facing projects, training programs, or technical workshops
  • Familiarity with high‑performance control room design principles or remote operations center workflows
  • Interest in continuous learning and staying current with industry advancements in automation, simulation, and control systems
